For example, a 40+ year old male living in Brighton may scroll have a sponsored post within their newsfeed showing a Brighton property currently listed within the property market. Now for this type of targeting to take place, a businessman working at a property company such as Jellis Craig or Buxton Real Estate would need to specifically target certain demographics living in the area.
